Shipping

Every Lorelight is shipped directly from our maker rather than through a warehouse in between, so it takes a little longer than next-day — and that is how the price stays where it is.

Delivery time

Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If you’re buying it as a gift, please give it a little runway.

Cost

Tracked shipping to the United States and Canada is US$4.99 for 1 Lorelight and free for 2 or more. Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is US$9.99. Either way, the full total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We’re working on more countries.

Tracking & issues

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived in the expected window, email hello@lorelight.co and a real person will help.
